"One of your telephone operators told us that this motel had a pool, which it DIDN'T!!!! This is the reason that we booked it, this motel was $50 more than the other one we were looking at and we thought this was due to the fact that it had a pool!!!
We mailed a letter to Super 8 voicing our disappointment with their hotel in Auburn. We definitely would never go back to this hotel again."
